A quiet Japanese aesthetic harmonizes with modern West Coast living in twenty 3 and 4 bedroom garden bungalows, townhomes, and penthouses by Forme Development.
I was engaged by Hangar 18 (the creative agency) and rennie (the marketing firm) to create a tagline, set the tone, and write copy for the website and brochure.
the simplicity in sophistication
A CAPTIVATING WEST SIDE SERENITY
Leafy, tree-lined avenues clear a path between charming single-family homes and border Vancouver’s most colourful parks in the tranquil West Side Garden District. From Queen Elizabeth Park to VanDusen Botanical Garden to Hillcrest Community Centre, a romance instinctively forms between you and your community.
A GARDEN AMONGST GARDENS
Lush planters beautifully surround expansive private outdoor spaces on the ground level. Landscaping is further heightened for townhomes and penthouses, where a delicately twisting pine tree, distinctively shaped like a bonsai, sits amongst dune grass, creating a focal point while lounging. The effect is at once artistic, peaceful, and intimate.
every inspired detail
Cristina Oberti Interior Design has fluidly shaped interiors to exude a sense of tranquility. While natural materials and a neutral palette play a large part in this serenity, it’s the presence of small yet significant details throughout the home that makes a difference in everyday quality of life.
A FLUENT DIALOGUE BETWEEN INDOORS AND OUT
Equal emphasis has been placed on indoor and outdoor living to accentuate the importance of both. Kids have plenty of room to play in the open air, family and friends gather around harvest tables, celebrations effortlessly spill into the sun or under the stars — the functionality of these spaces is remarkable.
